Introduction

This notice aims to inform you about how and where to return items to. It covers information like where to return your unwanted items to and how the whole process works. In the context of this notice, “process” tracking and the procedure. It tells you about your return rights and what to do next.

We are committed to giving you the best experience possible. Our policy is not just an exercise in complying with the law, but a continuation of our respect for you and your time and money

Except as set out below, we do not con, or disrespect you, instead we want to help and respect you, as well as giving you a sense of control with what happens.

1: Where to return to

When you decide you want to send an item back for whatever reason, make sure the item(s) is in it's original packaging, or have not been used and try to return it in the same packaging for sustainability purposes (optional), then write or print a label with the following name and address:

Kelsea Donna

16 Bishops Close

Bathpool, Taunton

Somerset

TA2 8DS

Then take a picture of the label and tracking number and send it to us via email. After that, go to your local post office and post it; which should then take 3-5 days to come back to us. Note: posting it back is your responsibility.

Then once we've received it, we'll email you back asking what you'd like to do next, because you get a choice of the following options:

  1. A full refund

  2. Exchange for another item

  3. A bit of both

We try and make this as simple and as much of a good experience as possible, which is why you get all these different options to choose from, to give you control. So once we've sent you the confirmation email that we've received the item(s), send a reply telling us which option you'd like to take.

For example, if you want a simple refund you'd say something along the lines of "A full refund please"

2: The Different Options

1: A Full Refund

Once you've told us you want a full refund, we'll go back to your orders and refund you asap, but be mindful that sometimes it can take up to 5 working days after we've done our bit, because the banks have to process it. So it could be quicker or slower, depending on who your bank with.

2: Exchange for another item

Once you've told us you want to exchange the item(s) for one or more other item(s), tell us which items you want and we'll calculate it based on the following:

If what you want is more than the value of what you sent back, then you just pay the difference.

If what you want is less than the value of what you sent back, then we'll send you the rest back.

Then after we've done that I'll either sent out the items you want and it's done.

3: A bit of both

Once you've told us you want to do a part exchange and part refund, the process is very similar to the one above, but just a little more complicated.

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform that contract. In that case, we may have to stop providing a service to you. If so, we will notify you of this at the time.

How long you have to it

You have just 14 days from delivery date to do it in.

I hope that's helped you
